ADVENTURES IN CUBA:  EXPLORING THE ECOLOGY AND LIFESTYLES OF RURAL CUBA TODAY

Mr. Robert Hoffman, co-owner of Fairweather Gardens, a nationally known rare-plant nursery in Greenwich, will speak at the Greenwich Presbyterian Church Speaker’s Series on Friday, February 24, 7-8pm at the church, located at 630 Ye Greate Street, Greenwich.  His presentation, ADVENTURES IN CUBA:  EXPLORING THE ECOLOGY AND LIFESTYLES OF RURAL CUBA TODAY will be interesting to hear and to see his photos of his recent trip to this country.  Please us for this exciting event.  Refreshments will be served afterwards.

2017 Community Speaker Series

2017 Community Speaker Series

Greenwich Presbyterian Church is sponsoring its’ third annual Speaker’s Series during the winter months to bring the community together to explore local history and topics of interest affecting our community today.  Our GPC Speaker’s Series this year will be held on Friday, January 27, February 24 and March 24, 2017 from 7-8pm in the Fellowship Hall of the church.  Please come and bring your neighbor to enjoy the first presentation followed by light refreshments. All events are free and open to the public.

LANDSCAPE DESIGN WITH NATIVE PLANTS

Ms. Susan McKenna, Master Gardener of Cumberland County, Cooperative Extension, will speak at the Greenwich Presbyterian Church Speaker’s Series on FRIDAY, JANUARY 27, 7-8PM in the Fellowship Hall.  Her presentation on LANDSCAPE DESIGN WITH NATIVE PLANTS and employing money- saving tips will help you plan your garden for the spring.  Ms. McKenna has presented on a range of gardening topics and will have a wealth of information and ideas for us.  Light refreshments will be served afterwards.  Please come and join us for an interesting and informative evening.
